Information collected
The public enquiry form may collect name, work email, company, region, deployment preference, risk area, and the scenario description you choose to provide.
Purpose
FiboRisk uses submitted information to assess and respond to the business enquiry, plan a diagnostic, protect the website, and keep appropriate business records.
No public service account
The public website does not create a FiboRisk production account. Customer environments and authorized users are governed by an executed agreement and customer-administrator invitations.
Sharing
FiboRisk does not sell enquiry data. Information may be processed by service providers required to operate the website or respond to the enquiry, subject to appropriate arrangements.
Retention
Public enquiry information is retained only as needed for the business evaluation, legal obligations, security, and recordkeeping. Customer data retention is defined separately in the applicable agreement.
Security
Reasonable administrative and technical measures are used for the public website. Customer-specific security and deployment controls are defined in the executed SOW or agreement.
